Coach Houses
These garden style homes overlook many of the lakes and the protected nature preserve areas located in the southern end of the greater Landings community. The unique architectural style of these units provides either ground or second floor living space, all with individual attached single car garages. The units, similar on the exterior, offer a variety of interior options and range from 1,600 to 2,000 sq. feet in size. The units have generous foyers, with a combined living dining area; eat-in size kitchen, many with open breakfast bars.
The lanais, adjacent to the living area provide additional space suitable for lounging or dining. All ground floor units have walkouts to patios for outdoor seating and dining. Depending on the units, there are wet bars, additional closet spaces, and half baths, in addition to the standard two baths. These units have generous master bedrooms, many with space for additional seating, or workspace along with spacious baths, and walk-in closets. All have second bedrooms and baths. Upper units offer all of the features of the ground floor units, with an additional bedroom.
The upper units have vaulted ceilings providing a loft like atmosphere and an increased sense of space. Some upper units have outdoor patio dining and seating areas by the entrance area suitable for enjoying the out of doors in a private setting. All of the Coach Houses are within walking distance of the Landings Racquet Club, the Nature Trail and are beautifully landscaped and well maintained by their respective condominium associations.
Portside Villas
The Portside Villas are a community of 18 single floor living homes surrounding a lovely lake with a fountain. There are nine buildings. Each has two single family homes which share a common wall. There is a variety of entrance options, some of which share a courtyard style entrance while others have entrances on opposite sides of the garages.
Although the Villas are similar outside, the interiors vary with each unit. Some have two bedrooms and others have three with square footage ranging from 1300 to 1800 sq ft. There are a variety of lanai configurations: some are enclosed for year-round use while others are screened.
All units have patios; many units have brick or paved patios, which are ideal for entertaining. These Villas have more accessible green space than any other condominium group in The Landings. 17 units have 2 car oversized garages. Almost all of the units have inside laundry rooms, although there is room in the garage for laundry.
