Membership in the Landings Racquet Club is restricted to property owners at The Landings and their tenants. Membership is required for owners of 322 properties in The Landings, known as Landings South. The Club currently has an additional 114 optional members who are owners in three other condominium associations or are owners of private homes. If an owner's property is leased, the tenant has use of the Club in the owner's stead. The Club's guest policy includes everyone in a member's home at no charge.

New owners of optional residences in The Landings community, Carriage House condominiums, Treehouses and single family homes, may join the Club for a complimentary, two-month trial membership to determine if they wish to join.  

There is only one class of membership, which has full access to all Club facilities, events and activities.  The annual fee for membership is $1,244 per year.
